Just a couple months
ago I didn't eat breakfast and I hated oatmeal. I considered that brown, lumpy
cereal a childhood torture. My how times have changed! Now I even have a

What changed my eating habits? I got sick and tired of being tired. One thing led to the next - a comment, a book, an interview on health that inspired hours and hours of internet research. Bottom line - I need to change a lot of bad habits to re-energize and get my health back on track. I wanted my life back.
So I went back to the basics - eating breakfast and eating oatmeal (for
