It started innocently enough ...
Dear Love Light,
This month’s topic started innocently enough.
6 months ago I heard Harriet Lerner, lecture on her new book The Dance of Fear. Awesome! That day I decided 2 things. One, we would interview her for you. Two, her book was the perfect wedding gift for Ann. I even had it autographed. It reads ”To Ann, Congratulations! Harriet Lerner”
On Feb 1st we did that interview which made me read the book I never sent Ann. Now I’ve spent weeks going over the audio -- and over the audio to get it share ready. That interview! - haunting & soothing & exciting & agitating - empowering!
See, this is what gets me. Get ready to laugh.
I thought this topic & book were perfect for my friend – not me. Until I dug in I didn’t realize how much fear, anxiety & shame are running my life. Ei yi yi! My Peeps says “Denial is a great gift.” Right on sister!!!
