Make an appointment with your regular doctor and get tested.
While you're waiting for that appointment - anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks? - do the following.
This will give you more information - more ammunition to get to the "bottom line" faster.


1. Get to sleep before 10:00 p.m.
Our adrenal glands do most of their recharging between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Whenever you can, sleep in till 9:00. Take it easy.
 

2. Help yourself get the sleep you need. Tune out the news in the evening. Read a relaxing book, take a bath - slow yourself down. Supplement your sleep naturally with 300mg of Magnesium before you go to bed. 
 

3.  Eat a great  breakfast - give your body what it needs first thing in the morning -
you'll be amazed how much better you'll feel all day long.

4. Eliminate coffee and caffeinated beverages asap. Drink 8 glasses of water a day - add a squeeze of fresh lemon.
 

5. Add five minutes of meditation to your morning.
Right after breakfast! Just sit quietly - relax - visualize your health - your day - focus on a specific affirmation - there is not right or wrong way to do this. Just begin ... No time? Fit it into your lunch - close your office door, go sit in your car, in a park. You can fit this in somewhere.
